Terms of membership

1. Type of Membership. I understand I am hereby applying for Membership in Wildcat Run Country Club. I understand that this membership permits the member and spouse to use the golf and social facilities in Wildcat Run Country Club Association, Inc. (the “Club Facilities”). Children of the member may use the Club Amenities as guests of the member subject to all applicable guest regulations. Wildcat Run Country Club is owned by Wildcat Run Country Club Association, Inc. (the “Club”) and will operate the Club Facilities.

Dues for the current year are stated on the Schedule of Fees. The amount of dues may be changed by the Club from year to year. The guest fees, court fees and other club charges and minimums are subject to change from time to time by the Club.

2. Rules & Regulations. I acknowledge receipt of the Rules & Regulations, Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws for Wildcat Run Country Club. I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of said documents as the same are amended from time to time. I understand that the Club may amend the Rules & Regulations at any time in its sole and absolute discretion. Articles & Bylaws are not amended without membership notification and/or approval.

3. Approval for Membership. Membership is contingent upon approval by the Club, in its sole discretion. I understand I will not be issued a membership card until I am approved for membership.

4. Charge Privileges. As a member, I understand the Club will grant the privilege to charge merchandise, fees, charges and food and beverage purchases to a club account established in my name. I understand the Club may limit or eliminate my charge privileges. I understand I will be required to pay my club account balance in full, by the due date indicated on the statement. A club account not paid within fifteen (15) days of the due date will be deemed delinquent. In the event my club account is delinquent, the Club may take any action it deems appropriate, including without limitation, suspension or involuntary resignation of my membership and/or insti- tution of legal action to collect the delinquent amount which shall accrue interest in the amount determined by the Club which shall not exceed the highest rate permitted by law. In the event my club account is delinquent 90 days, the Club will charge my credit card on file. Suspension of membership for delinquent club accounts shall not require a hearing by the Club. In the event legal action is commenced, a member shall be liable for costs of collection, including without limitation, attorney’s fees and costs incurred by the Club.

5. Hold Harmless. I hereby acknowledge that the use of the Club Facilities and any privilege or service incident to membership is undertaken with knowledge of the risk of possible injury. I hereby accept any and all risk of possible injury. I hereby accept any and all risk of injury to myself, my guests and family sustained while using the Club Facilities or involved in any event or activity incident to membership. In accepting the risk if inju- ry, I understand that I am relieving the Club, Owner and those employed by or affiliated with the Club and Own- er from any and all loss, cost, claims, injury, damage or liability sustained or incurred by me, my guests and family resulting from or arising out of any conduct or event connected with membership and use of any of the Club Fa- cilities.

6. Verification of Information. By signing this proposal, I/we authorize the disclosure and release of in- formation to the Club for investigating my qualifications for membership and authorize those persons or entities listed herein to furnish to the Club, information required by the Club, including my credit history.

The applicant authorized Wildcat Run Golf & Country Club, Inc. (the “Club”) to receive such information for investigation of the applicant’s qualifications for membership as it deems appropriate, including without limitations the applicant’s credit history. The applicant further authoriz- es any person or entity to disclose to the Club information requested by the Club.
